Need Rear View Mirror

I have 99 M3 convertible. The inside mirror has fallen off. I glued the metal connector piece back on but when connecting the mirror the stem w/the plastic ball bearing comes loose inside the mirror. Does anyone know where I can get a new or used mirror?
