Help what have i done

See attached photo. It was dark and i put about a quarter of a quart of 5w-30 mobile one in this instead of where it was supposed to go. What have I done what should I do?

Looks like you added the engine oil into the power steering fluid tank.

You need to take your car to the dealer to get the system flushed out. Talk to your dealer first, your car probably should not be started or driven; it may need to be towed.
