HELP! 2003 z4 Power window pinch adjust

I just replaced my battery and now my windows don't seem to work the same.

in the past when you open the door a window rolls down slightly and then seals back once the door is closed. It no longer does this. anyone know how to get this setting back on track?

1) Turn off the car

2) Turn the key to accessory

3) Hold the down direction on both window switches. Let them go all the way to the bottom, and continue holding for 10 seconds.

4) Hold the up direction on both window switches. Let them go all the way up to the top, and continue holding for 10 seconds.

5) Repeat number 3 and 4 two more times.

6) Turn off the car.
