K&N or aFe CAI?

Trying to decide which Cold Air Intake to add to my '06 M5. Looking at the K&N Typhoon set up and the aFe... Anyone with either on their cars and if so, feedback?

I have zero experience with either but I have heard lots of people saying to stay away from the K&N.
