Z3 Replacement Radiator

I've been looking into winter projects and thought I might tackle the cooling system. I have run into a snag though. All of the Z3 replacement radiators I've found state that they are compatible with 2.8 models made up to 8/98. Unfortunately my coupe was made on 9/98. Does anyone have a source of compatible replacements? Also what changed on 9/98?
