Non- obvious differences between the Z4 coupe and roadster?

For those that have been in both what made you go hmm, that's different?

Having a Z4 roadster I was just curious if there were any not so obvious differences between it and the coupe. Any part involving a window is of course going to be different (and where the soft top was), but one might think that any part bellow the window line is going to be pretty much the same right? Same gas peddle, same seats, same radio, same key etc right? Also unless it's something that made the car go faster, or some slight aesthetics (carbon leather :drool:), do the M's have pretty much the same stuff as the rest of the Z4 line up?

Yeah, most of the coupes come with a third pedal ( comment from steptronic owner) LOL I have also noticed a bit of an echo inside the cab also. LAMO
I have also noticed the sense of speed is not there either ( no wind noise rushing over the top ), I wonder if they get more tickets due to the last statement? LOL

X2. Significantly quieter then the roadsters for general noise. Exhaust selection is sensitive to resonance issues due to the large trunk area which is open to the passenger compartment. More tickets? .....only if you get caught!

Between the seats compartment does not lock on the coupes, does on the roadys. Coupe has the integrated roundel rear hatch release/lock, trunk lock separate on roady.

IIRC, the Z4 Coupe has different gearing than the roadster - the final drive ratio is more aggressive.

I got thinking about this in a little more serious way. In the roadsters we have the carver speakers right behind the seats, what do the coupes have?
