Suspension is Racelands, PO was running without front sway bar, he only had it for a few months ( I'm getting new stuff asap and not driving it until I do )
Rolled fenders with style 5's
Yellow fogs (changing asap)

The rest is stock, so a good platform.

The only bad is that it has the salvage title, and the gauge cluster reads lower than it should and shuts of while driving.....

yaaay boston green FTW! I still dont know what light scheme i want to go with to compliment the paint....but i agree no yellow fogs.

Salvage title, huh? What's the story behind that? Also, if your old E36 is sorted, can't you swap some parts from it over to the ///M?

The only thing repainted was the front bumper....I'm still learning about the car, but from what I saw, all the body panels still have vin tags. CA is really weird about salvage branding cars

17's from a 5 series. Have the center caps too with new emblems

He only had the car for a few months, got a DUI and had to sell it since his license was revoked. Euro tails and clears are on my list

Details on the bilstiens? I don't have the wrenches for the racelands, and they were made for non-m cars after 8/92. (front sway bar won't attach to the strut housings) They have very low miles, and seem to be in good shape. I was going to list them around 200 obo when I get my new setup.

im not too sure how many miles are on them since they came on my vert when i got it, mine are for a non-m car too tho. The front springs are H&R and i think my rear springs might be dinan stg 1, but im not sure.

Update time!

Ok first took the stickers off the front lip only to discover a crack:



Then took off the stupid "wink mirror" (i've never heard of it before)



Then I pulled the grills to paint black:



While the grills were drying, I decided to pull the plugs to check them out. Turns out they are bosch +2, so those will be going in the trash soon



Next, I pulled the kick panel out to find the missing dash dimmer....plugged it back in and installed, now I can see the gauges!



After that, I went to unhook the battery and decided to see if it has the alarm brain (has a siren under the hood). Is this the brain for those who have factory alarm?



Then I pulled the cluster and checked it for problems....seems good, so I re-installed and ran the self test....so far it seems to be functioning normally.



AND here is the Mulberry lux interior (its in new condition, and so comfy!)



That is all for tonight....going to the junk yard soon to pick up some loose ends that I need.

What you see is the factory amp for the speakers.

+1. That's the stereo amp. The alarm brain rests on top of the kick panel which is just underneath the glove box. Another visual cue that you have the brain installed is a red LED that should be installed into one of the switch panels just ahead of the shifter.

Also, what's a wink mirror?

I don't know about the mirror, thats what the kid called it. Its just like a four foot long rear view mirror. I have the siren and the led on the switch panel, so I guess i just need the fob.

Today I got a bunch of misc. parts from the junk yard, including some awesome rsm's and h&r sport rears.

Oh those rear view mirrors are AWSOME you can see everything behind you... I know some people that swear by them

i agree! had one in my old integra and i didnt even look over my should to change lanes...wish i could put on in my vert.

Yeah, the wide mirrors are actually most commonly used in road racing (try doing a head check with a HANS device on...). They're pretty killer. That's what I thought yours was, but I'd never heard of them being called "wink mirrors".
