Having problems starting

Lately our 2004 has had problems starting. It turns over and continues to do so but it takes a 4-5 seconds. The other day it didn't start on the first attempt but did on the second. I want to say it's a fuel problem but I'm not a mech.

Any ideas?

What do you think about putting some SeaFoam in the gas tank? Worked wonders on my Jeep with some bad fuel, but that thing's a tank. Any other suggestions?

If it were a battery or starter problem would I be able to tell by the sound? It SOUNDS like it's turning over fine and not struggling so I don't THINK it's an electrical issue.
