BMW X5 leasing deal

I wanted to get comments on the following leasing offer for a BMW X5 35i Premium:
36 months
10K miles
MSRP:$59,625
Platinum Gray
Black Nevada leather
Convenience package
Technology package
Cold package
Cargo cover
Sale price:$55,227
Residual: 58%
Money factor: 0.00210
Money down: $3,000 (includes taxes, license, fees, registration and 1st payment)
MONTHLY PAYMENT: $729

The dealer says the $2,500 holiday credit is being applied to a reduction of the money down that would be $5,500 if there was no holiday credit.

Is this a good deal?

Tks. They say this deal has $0 down since all I am paying is MN sales taxes, license, plates, registration and 1st pmt. The holiday credit is what they consider "money down" and that is being taken care by BMW.

If your monthly does not have any sales tax roll into it...... and you are paying only $100 less than me? Sounds high. My monthly includes the tax.

All the taxes are paid upfront. There are 2 BMW dealers here and both offered very similar deals and I don't fell I can get anything better. I have the guy from the Mercedes dealer calling me everyday for an ML350. Should I even consider? (this would be my 3rd X5 in 5 years).

I will take the X5 over the Benz any day, heck I will even take the diesel over the Benz, but since you had 2 X5s before, maybe its time for a change? Your call. Good luck.

Invoice price on your config is $54,770, so you appear to have a good deal ($500ish over invoice).

Your dealer's down payment analysis looks about correct too, as I live in Illinois and have the same scenario. I have to pay full sales tax upfront, and my number pre-Holiday Credit is ~$5,500.

All in all, it looks like about the best deal you can get.

Thank you Felliren. Are you getting the same residual and money factor?

Major post Edit...

I stand corrected. My dealer is offering me 58% and .0020 for a 36/10 lease. Turns out there was some confusion over the proposed build and his initial price, which I am currently working through.
