for trade: 1995 325is

I need to trade my 1995 325is for a larger vehicle. I am looking for an F150 4x4, but anything 1995+ 4x4 with trailer hitch should do. I just need it to pass NJ inspection, and not have any major problems. I am NOT looking for anything fancy. I live in NJ.

Manual transmission
215k miles
No rust, never been in an accident, beautiful looking.
Runs perfectly. All preventive mantainence has been done.
Brand new Dr Vanos vanos installed in August, along with valve cover gasket and new plugs.
Black leather interior.

Additions:
DEPO HID projectors and angel eyes (4500k)
Yellow fog lights, yellow high beams.
K&N filter kit (intake pipe, filter, and heat shield)
Bilstein and H&R suspension
TMS chip

Problems:
Passenger window does not work. It definately goes down but not up.
Sunroof slides open halfway, pop-up works fine.
Needs a guibo
Needs a coolant level sensor (always thinks its empty and OBC says to check coolant. It's full.)
