Recommeded headlight bulbs and wiper blades for Z4

Hi, I need to replace the headlight bulbs and I also noticed the wiper blades are almost gone. Any recommendation on what to get?

For non-HID lights, I've been running the Sylvania Silverstars. Pricy by better light.

The factory windshield wiper blade replacements are about $7 and easy to install. They'll work better than most aftermarket items.
