I've got the same set up from tire rack and like it.

Wow, that 850 is awesome.

Yeah, 850s are one of the best looking cars BMW ever made, but they would not be fun to own, especially the 12-cyl 850 (versus the 8-cyl 840). That said, if I ever find myself in a fit of insanity with extra money, I'd love to have one.

I dunno I don't like the 8 series that much they remind me of ford probes..

Nah, they don't look that much like probes. I should know, I used to drive one during winters in high school (in the late '90s) so my GTO could hibernate. It was identical to this one:





Needless to say, I was not a fan of the car, but it was reliable (because it was actually a Mazda 626 underneath). It couldn't even spin one of its front tires under full throttle.

I don't think so. There's been one around me for like 4700, and it's a 6 speed in damn good condition. Not the biggest fan of e39's though

wish i had money for these...

They're on eBay (not CL), but check out these replica Style 5s with E36 offset. Seems like buying these would make tire selection a lot easier than using the authentic E39 version.
