I did, but my Cascade is from about a month ago. That's why I asked about the 6.4% phosphate in mine. Is this the old one or the new one?? I might find more of the same in my local store.

Been off the shelves here for quite a while. Should be fairly easy to see on the glasses what you've got. Mine are coming out crystal clear once again with the lemon juice

Update: Dan met more of my friends last night Seems to be wanting to hang out more and more...pretty cute I schooled him in GT lol...

Update: Got weighed at WW this morning at 7:15. Nothing dramatic, but a solid 1.6 loss. Total now of 7.4 lb. Still over 200 but I have a good chance of leaving the 200's by next Saturday.

Update: played with a dried chile pepper that was garnish on my food today after dinner. Then rubbed my eye by accident. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands and face but before i washed my hands i went #1. Yeahhhhh everything was on fire for 45 minutes.

update: just got back from a cocktail party in beverly hills wow i am totally blown away

Just got back for Great Lakes Pet Expo. Went well & had fun.
