car feels werid after software update

well here's the situation. I took my car into the dealership to get a alignment because my steering wheel was not straight. my service guy asked me was my car pulling to the right I said no. what I didn't know that he put it down on my paper that I did have it (didn't realize it until I got my car back & looked at the paperwork) so at first I was like okay maybe it's just better for my car to be updated with all the recent software update. I guess not...my car feels complete different car. I'm referring to steering feel part. everything is just so sensitive like I guess the new software updates tell the computer to not drift that it lacks to be straight. everytime I am driving I'm always zig zagging because of the sensitive steering wheel. I was just wondering if I bring the car back can they reprogram everything to how it was when i first brought the car in? for example going back to the original software my car had before the software update? this is really frustrating I find my arm being so tired from going back n forth with the steering wheel all the time *

I remember that my steering got worse after the sw upgrade I had. It needed more corrections going straight but I also noticed better throttle response and less lag at tip-in. Not sure if these updates are easy to back out or not.

Do you have the software versions prior and after the upgrade?

Most of the time, software updates CANNOT be overwritten with the old software.

On the paper this is what it said that dealer performed:

3610300 Removing & installing front or rear wheel
8928 w 0.03
6100730 programming/encoding control units
8928 w 0.04
6100983 initialising/normalising slide/tilt sunroff, power windows regulator and steering column adjsutment
8928 w 0.01

522 perogram perform front wheel swap side to side & program & coding conversion ahead driving after program perform steering angle sensor adjsutment, test drive vehicle straight ok. perform programming as per email from david cartwright BMW NA.

This is retarded all i wanted was a alignment and they did all this
