windshield wiper

The windshield wiper blades are stopped in a 30 degree angle on the swipe across the window. The wiper work fine but they stop at a angle. The only way to get them to stay down is to turn off the car when they are in a down position. All connections look good and they are not loose. Is there a fix?

I think you should take it back to the dealer. Doesn't happen on our car.

There is a way to adjust it, but I haven't seen how it's done on an F25. Dealer should be able to do this in a snap.
