02 X5 Rear wheel not straight
Hello fellow "Be My Wife" enthusiast. I am a noobie to BMW world and i purchased a 2002 BMW X5 4.4, and i have few questions that i forgot to ask the dealer. Honest feedback is appriciated and thank you for reading it.
1st Q? 1. I noticed that both of my rear wheel is not straight or kinda pushed in towards tha inside of the vehicle and not even as the front. I am not sure if im just trippin because this is my first BMW. 2nd Q? 2. Dealer cant figure it out on how to use the IPOD because the first owner did not specify how to use it. Does anyone know how to use this? it looks like a custom installation and i tried checking all the stations, memory settings, and cannot figure it out. 3rd Q? (Last) 3. It says and it shows inside the interior that the car is equipped with bluetooth and i tried paired it to the system and its not working. No manual and i tried google it, but it only shows different installation. Thanks for the HELP!!! Please see attached photos of the front, rear, and IPOD cable for references. |

A1 the rear wheels toe out - meaning the top of the wheel is further in than the bottom. have a look on google images of the X5 rear and see if yours is similar
A2 the ipod custom thing you have is it a white box with Alpine on it and a smaller black box with intravee on it? A3 this should help with the bluetooth http://www.carnationsoftware.com/car...lBluetooth.pdf Phill |

I have an 05 X5 and the rear wheels are further in at the top than the bottom, it's been that way since it was new and is normal, not to worry!

Thanks for all the reply fellas. I went to the dealer where i got the car and they told me that my rear wheel are fine, IPOD is custom made by the first owner and they want me to pay just to look at it, and they said 2002 X5 is not equipt with bluetooth.
Thanks again! |

I asked my mechanic the same about the rear wheel. He said that was normal and it adjusts once you start driving. Great handling vehicle.
Bluetooth... I had the same problem. Replaced the stereo with a Kenwood system that has bluetooth. Best thing ever. |

Can you show me pic of your dash interior with the picture? I was thinking to change the speakers too because it sounded like crap or just the antenna signal. BTW, where is the Antenna for 02 X5? i was looking for the shark fin but i cannot find it. |
