question about convertable tops

ive got a question if theres some stuff that will lengthen the life of my convertable top

This will remove the grit that can fray the top material. Also get a cockpit cover to put on when car is parked outside. I never used any chemical on my top and the outside was perfect when I had a new top installed at 12 years old. It was the top bow attachment strips and the rear window zipper thread that went bad.

ill have some pics up shortly its snowing in northern ny right now. *sadface* hopefully by tuesday ill pull it into the detailing bay and clean it up and get some pics of it up. trust me my entire family has been hounding me for pics
