Performance upgrades?

There are so many options for the turbo engine now, but I haven't seen any for the X3 35i. Does anyone know any tuners making performance chips for this? Especially ones that can be used on a lease?

x3 35i has the turbo engine so you can do the same modifications. Every performance modification will void the warranty

+1 on the warranty. Dinan seems to have a warranty arrangement with BMW on their performance upgrades that will cover whatever the OEM warranty does not (if it is related to the upgrade). Many BMW dealers are also Dinan installers too. The performance of the new 35i is pretty startling now (0-60 5.5 sec) what more would you want?

+1,000,000 on Dinan! My friend is a master tech at a big dealership in SoCal that does Dinan. He says that the upgrades are very impressive. I'm thinking about taking the X3 there...but what's the point really? It's already plenty fast. And it's not like the X3 is ever going to see the inside of a track.

Marc, you might be better off getting the mods done in Ore where the wonderful, ominpotent, unaccountable CARB does not have a stranglehold on any aftermarket mods/parts as they do here.
