Lease agreement details

I am rolling in sales tax, title, document fee into lease payments. But, I do not see them mentioned anywhere on Section 11 (itemized gross capitalized cost). I do not see sales tax mentioned anywhere. However, gross capitalized cost is appropriate (Base cap cost + cost added to lease) and monthly payment looks appropriate with calculation.

My worry is as follows:

1) My dealer is out of state and my state charges upfront sales tax. If it is nowhere mentioned on lease paper, how do I prove to state that I'm paying sales tax into the lease? Of course, I'm gonna ask the dealer but just wanted to know what others feel.

2) Do you see mention of sales tax on your lease agreement?
