truck money/build out
I was interested in finding out what added incentives are out there for 5/7 series. I see on the bmw web site there is a option allowence. What kind of incentives are actually out there. This site used to be very good about sharing this info, what happened?! Now it seems terry is the only one via his lease rates that gives some good info.

No other incentives besides the option allowance. The 2010 6Series, for example, has huge money (10-15k) but the new ones really don't.

Option credit is same on site, yes
335Cic had the auto-trans credit of $1,305..i think it depends on build-date, pricing/option changes though. There was a bulletin about price protection on orders placed/cars built w/the auto-trans being an added cost...therefore they had the option credit..cars with the price increase (auto-trans being no-charge), there would not be any option credit |

Some folks took this for granted and I guess it was perceived by some prominent sharers as being disrespectful. Thus they lost the interest to share.

I heard that BMW NA started cracking down on BMW employees sharing information that BMW lists as confidential...not sure that's perfectly accurate but it makes sense on some level. A reputable CA should be open to sharing with you if he or she is working on your deal.

Succinctly and concisely stated. Were you one of these prominent sharers?

The part about being disrespected is also a small part of the equation. I cant tell you how many times I've shared info or lease rates only for people to be jerks about it. Just this month I posted some lease rates and a guy in NY wanted his rates; I said I only had Western Region info so posting rates wouldn't apply to him and he was a real prick about it. (This was on another forum)

Where on the BMW website did you find the option allowance info? Was on there today and couldn't find it. Specifically for 528i/535i info.

it was for the 7 series. I was asking a general question to see if there were any insentives for the 5. For example, last month there was 1000 for in stock cars.
