I own a 1990 E32 735i with 176k miles. The car is nothing to look at, but runs fine and gets me around. The main problem I have is that the suspension is EXTREMELY bouncy. I suspect it is the original suspension. Since it is a 21 year old car I don't want to invest a lot of money into it, but I wouldn't mind spending a few dollars if I could do something to improve the ride. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could go about this without getting "taken to the cleaners" by a mechanic shop? I've seen suspension kits on eBay for about $300, but have not idea as to the labor involved. I've done some minor mechanic work on my cars, but never any suspension work. Thanks in advance.
