split exhaust, internet-services, apr questions

couple questions:

For some reason i think split exhaust design look better on vehicles is this a form of cost cutting to not have this? Do you think they are saving it for a X3M model? Is it possible they might have it for 2012?

Internet based services: Does anyone know the monthly or yearly cost of this? Is it possible to use the internet connectivity of a smart phone (iphone, blackberry) or does one have to pay the additional costs for internet? Is the internet costs seperate from bmw assist fees? Can other devices be hooked into the internet via bluetooth such as an ipad?

How long does it usually take for new models to get down to 1.9% financing. Are they offering 0.9 - 1.9% for current bmw owners?

I'll stick with my smart phone for internet based services as BMW is always last in line for this kind of tech.

They are not offering any decent finance incentives whatsoever. One of the reasons I am not buying one at this time.
