Logic 7 faulty

Hi All, Ive owned my M5 for 9 days now and it appears to have developed its first fault.

As I was leaving the office after work today I noticed there was no sound at all from the radio, this was within about 10secs of starting the car. So logically I turned up the volume and when it came on it was ridiculously loud (I guess the I-Drive system had not fully booted when I turned up the volume?). Anyway, I turned it down straight away and all seemed fine.

I stopped for fuel about 10mins later and after ignition off and on again I have no sound at all, no CD, Radio, Nav, PDC etc. I am thinking maybe the Logic 7 AMP has gone?? Im not massively worried as under BMW warranty, but annoying all the same and wondered if anyone has had this happen of heard of it happening?
