Key wont turn
My key wont turn from positon zero unless I pump the brakes for abot 30 seconds, it sounds like air is coming out of my front defrost vents on the dash. After a while the key starts and the car runs normal. Any ideas before I take it to the shop?

is that expensive, would it also cause the check engine light to come on?

I cannot imagine a link between the ignition switch and the brake pedal.

Dunno what the problem is ... but others have had the same problem and have been given similar advice ...
