Help! 2006 330i with Unibody Damage

Hi,
I am new to the forum and soon will be new to BMW ownership. I thought I had found a nice 2006 330i Listed with only 31,000 miles at $22,000 and in talking with the owner seemed like it might be a good option to pursue with a third party inspection and all that jazz. But after pulling the Autocheck report it pulled several items that make me think this is a bad choice (see below). Can anyone make sense of this report? Looks like it was a lease, then at some point in an accident with unibody damage (yikes right?), then sold at auction to the current owner. The kicker is he said he had lost his job and I think I see a lien reported (not sure if that is current but obviously will have to ask him). Buyer beware and move on or get a reduced price? It should be of note that I want to keep this car for 7 plus years. Other advice also requested if you have any. Thanks for any and all help and I look forward to being a contributing member!

Yeppers, move on. It was a BMW company vehicle first and that's fine. My car was a BMW executive vehicle. But, it looks a lot like the title may have been "washed" to get rid of it being branded as a total loss. The current owner might not even be aware of this. Or that may be why he's trying to sell it.
