My m5 2006 has a problem with the smg hydraulic apparently has a leak.
3rd party warranty won't fix it as it's nit in the transmission casing and Dealer wants 5k to replace. Anyone know any good mechanic shops in the dfw area??

Sorry to hear that. Is transmission not covered by 3rd party?

Bimrs recommends. http://www.bimrs.org/2008MapPage.html

Arlington ( Sam & Joe's Foreign Car )
Dallas ( Louden Motorcar Services Inc )
Dallas ( Nine-Eleven Enterprises Inc. )
Dallas ( Autoscope Foreign Car Care )
Fort Worth ( Lone Star Bavarian,inc )
Lewisville ( Krause's Automotive )
Plano ( Eurosport Automotive Inc. )
Richardson ( German Motor Works )

I have heard good things about Louden, Krause, and Eurosport. Please check their reviews and BBB, If possible.
