1989 735i Driver's seat twisted

The front dirvers seat is twisted, Only one side on the seat back is adjusting, What do you think the problem is and how would one fix it.

Common problem. Cable to motor has failed. Lots of info at bimmerfest. It's not difficult to do your self (apparently !!)
