air big light on

I unpluged the side air big,after pluged in than the air big light on,How to reset the air big light?

Scan tool like a modis will do it but that light is telling u your srs is in Default and your srs is disabled

Thanks to everybody. but how much they can fix? I just unpluged it fix the window,but I forgot unplug the battery.I'm very sad now

How much can they fix? You mean the cost? It should be around 50-100 bucks. I had a shop not follow instructions and disconnect my battery and set the light off. Sucks to pay someone to set your light off. I got them to cover it but it was a hassle.

Can we take this time to again WARN that BEFORE any electrical connector to any component in the SRS system is pulled...remove the negative battery cable FIRST!!! Then do NOT replace the negative battery cable UNTIL you've reconnected any SRS electrical connector.

I was so scared when unplugging my airbag that I read that warning MULTIPLE times (even though it's so simple, I wanted to be SURE I didn't screw it up!).

- What can cause an SRS airbag light (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) & what tools reset the fault (1) (2) (3) (4) & what happens when window regulator fixers disconnect the airbag before the battery or they connect the battery before disconnecting the airbag (1) (2) (3) & where to buy an airbag occupancy sensor bypass unit (1) (2).

It seems to cost about $85 to $100 to have the airbag light reset. One suggestion is to put that toward buying your own reset tool.
