Classic BMW in TX

I have been taking my car(s) to Classic BMW in TX, and I am quite impressed with the level of attention and service in the dealership. I am a very happy customer indeed. ALl repairs were done within the stipulated time and I am very pleased with the service.

Have any one of you ever used Classic BMW in TX ?

In general, service depends on relationship between you and your SA. Make sure (may be you are already doing this) you establish great relationship with one of the SA's so that his Master Tech/Team works on your car each time and every time, unless there's an emergency. It lends consistency and awareness to the entire process.

is this the BMW dealership in Plano (just East of the tollway) that hosts the Cars & Coffees ?

I attended one of the C&Cs there with my 850 last year - the owner is a nice and friendly
guy - the Breakfast Burritos were good too..

I bought my car from Classic and was very happy with the buying experience. I have since taken it there for almost every service and have been very happy with the services performed. I agree with mustaine that having a good relationship with your SA is important to ensure you are happy with the service experience. I'll keep going back to them as long as their prices remain reasonable and they keep doing good work.

would like to attend the C & C (for the Breakfast Burritos and seeing all the nifty cars) but I'm near Houston and with the price of gas..... will attend one locally (in the Woodlands) on Sunday instead.....
