Carbon Black is up on BMW NA 'build your own'

Just noticed that BMW NA has added Carbon Black metallic (416) to the 'build your own' section. This is only available with the ZMP package and ZPP is also added. This $550 paint color adds an additional $6,450 (ZMP @ $3,000 & ZPP @ $3,450). Therefore, a $7,000 color option!

Why do people continually write option and paint codes instead of writing what they represent? I am not that smart or sophisticated, and all of those high tech codes really confuse me and make me feel like I do not belong here.

I have to be honest.....I really like the M setup as it looks sharp and all....especially the wheels, however I'm VERY disappointed that the M package doesn't come with DHP and that you need to spend another 1300 to get it...I mean what is the point of the M package if you don't have DHP...to ride around with ground effects? I think DHP has it's limitations anyway and on a "normal" x3 I'd opt out, but with the M it should be part of it....if it's gonna be called an M. So to me, the M package is really a 4300 option and not 3K option.
