X5 35d Ordering and Leasing

Hi All,

This is my second BMW and my first time ordering with a dealer

I am planning to order an X5 35d this week. I am also interested in leasing as well. At the time of placing the order i.e. putting down the deposit, do I also nail down the lease terms such as MF, residual, etc? Or do I worry about that AFTER the car is in production.

I certainly want to take advantage of the current lease rates if possible.

Thanks for the help!!
