I am looking at leasing a new BMW z4 with :Transmission: 7-Speed double clutch Transmission
Trim: sDrive35i
Engine: Turbocharged Gas I6
Fuel Type: GAS
Body Style: Convertible
Options: Heated Steering Wheel, Heated Front Seats, IPOD AND USB ADAPTER, STORAGE PACKAGE, LUMBAR SUPPORT, INCREASED TOP SPEED LIMITER, AUTO-DIMMING REARVIEW MIRROR, SPORTS SEATS, BMW ASSIST WITH BLUETOOTH, AUTO-DIMMING INT/EXT MIRRORS, SPORTS LEATHER STEERING WHEEL, THROUGH-LOADING SYSTEM, 7-SPEED DOUBLE CLUTCH TRANS, ADAPTIVE M SUSPENSION, AMBIANCE LIGHTING, COMFORT ACCESS KEYLESS ENTRY, FIXED HEADLIGHT WASHERS, UNIVERAL GARAGE-DOOR OPENER, BRAKE ENERGY REGENERATION, POWER FRNT SEATS W/ DRV MRY, 19 LT ALLOY V SPOKE WHEELS on it and in the end sales tax and all the payment would be around $420-$430 jet black exterior with walnut interior and $5k down. Should I go for it or not? Is it better to buy or lease a car and it would be a 10k mi 24mon lease.

Such a broad question. You probably know the lease rates (MF, residual) on the 35is are very good right now. If you were in the market for a 2 year lease, this is an excellent choice.

Is the buy out usually a good price because I would like to lease it and then buy it after the two years is up!
