rear end noise suspect

i've been hearing a low rumble from the right rear wheel area of the car when turning slow. rebuilt the brakes, and while bleeding i found this...

kinda guessing this stabilizer bar link might be the problem. but also suspect wheel bearing. is the link a prime suspect ? i know it's not a good thing, and i will order tonite. just wondered if this link would cause a rumble...

That is not your rumble.
That causes differences in handling when comparing the chassis behaviour on Left and right turns.

more of a moaning or rubbing sound than a rumble, but i didn't think this was it.

Wheel bearing I think would make that sound rather than the sway bar endlink being broken

^ agreed. Just jack the car up (leave the wheel bolted to the hub) and see if you have play in the wheel moving left and right and top to bottom. Excessive play will mean a bad wheel bearing. And judging buy the sounds you are explaining, I would count the end link out.

^also agreed as to how to check for a bad wheel bearing. The endlink would make more of a tapping sound as it bounced up and down and the broken pieces hit each other. A bad or worn wheel bearing would make more of a humming or rubbing sound like you are describing. The wheel bearing would be the first thing I'd check for

found it...wrong fluid in lsd. it was getting bad, started sounding central instead of left or right. new lube and lsd treatment and it shut up immediately.
