Double check this deal, please!

I am doing 2nd ED and just wanted someone to take a quick look at my deal before I finalize.

328xit with $43,850 bottom line.

Leasing for 27 mths., 15k miles with payment of $447 per mth after $2,500 down.

Just seems a bit high when I look at "Leasing Deals" on BMWUSA.com.

You haven't gotten any responses for a variety of reasons... 1. Everyone here knows you should be working an invoice + (profit less than $1000) and base lease rate perhaps marked up just a bit 2. You should never put money 'down' on a lease - assuming you mean towards cap cost. If towards refundable security deposits which lower your MF, that is smart, money twds cap cost is highly unadvisable and 3. I point to #1 again, nobody can tell if your deal is good since you don't give an invoice + profit number. Your dealer might have thousands of dollars in profit in that deal, no way to tell with the #s you provide. Good luck!

I don't know what "bottom line" refers to in your case, but my wagon with Nav, etc. has an MSRP in your range. My monthly pmt is considerably more, but I did not have any cap cost reductions or security deposits.
