aluminum carbon shadow trim or wood?

Quick question for those who have the aluminum carbon shadow trim. Is it reflective or hot to touch? Trying to decide between the 2. Thanks!

It's niether hot nor reflective. I am very happy with the CS trim.

I prefer the wood. It looks more luxurious, whereas the carbon, to me, looks more industrial. But each to their own.

It may be a good idea to see both trims on the car, then decide, as its difficult to tell anything from brochure photos.

That's 2 for the wood trim.... it does look more luxurious..

Wood trim for me too, then carbon, didn't like the aluminum option at all.

I have the aluminum carbon shadow and I like it. There's no problem with it getting hot, not even here in the south east. I do think the wood grain dash looks better, but for me personally, it wasn't worth the extra $.

my old e85 had aluminum trim, and it was correct but do not match for the richer e89 wood trim is much apropriate.
