Preset 2 not working

I know this sounds strange but when I use the voice command to go to preset 2 it just stays on the current channel. I can go to any other preset just fine using voice command but not 2. The stranger thing is that she tells me "You are now listing to position 2" I tell her shes lying but she just says she doesn't understand. I have heard that before...

But seriously anyone else experience this?
