Best MF on 3.0 currently?

I am trying to figure out the best MF possible on a Z4 3.0i currently. If my Math is correct, it would be a stated rate of .00145 minus a loyalty reduction of .0003 to get us to .00115 and then security deposits of .00049 to get it to .00066. Does this sound correct? I just want to confirm before I sign my lease. Thank you.

Nope, .0016 is the base, not .00145.
