Lease calculation

Hi guys,

I got a quote on a 2011 Z4 3.0 and I cannot reconcile the numbers in excel or leaseguide.com (even though i'm ready to pull the trigger).

The dealer faxed me their screen shot but the math seems fuzzy. Can someone please help me with that?
MSRP: $54,295
Price: $47,922
MF with 5x: .00166
24 month/10k miles
sales tax:8.875
tags:$443
document fee: $100
NYC Sales Tax: $946
Residual: 80% or $43,436
Interest Charge: $3596

Payment to drive: $3150 (security)+$446
Monthly Payment: $446

But if I calculate by hand, the Interest Charge is $149.8 and Depreciation is $190 which comes to $336.75 without tax or other fees. If I throw in the above fees and taxes ($444+$946+$100) and add acq fee of $925, it comes to roughly $100.5/month which should bring total cost to $436, not $446.

leaseguide.com calculates $397 (without any acq fee). Does the official bmw leaseworksheet hides acq fee or other charges?

Maybe I can help. 1st you need to know the cap cost. It would be $47,922 + 925 + 443 + 100 + 946 = $50,336. Second you need to know the money factor. The base is .00160. If they marked it up the maximum it would be .00200. If you do multiple security deposits each one reduces the mf by .00007 so if you do 5 the mf would be .00165. If you do 7 as $3150 would indicate the mf is .00151. The residual is 80%. The problem is using a cap cost of $50,336, mf .00151, 80% residual, 24 month I get rent charge $287.50, interest $141.60 = $429.10 plus tax of $38.08 making the lease payment $467.18.
