WTB late 5-series (2002-2003), midwest

I'm in Iowa, looking for something in the midwest or plains states in the $6k-$12k range for my wife. She loves my '02 530i and wants a similar E39 model, except with auto transmission.

High miles might be okay, if well maintained. Condition is more important than features. PM if you have something you think might be suitable. Thanks.

EDIT: yes I know, thread is mistitled. Obviously 2002-2003 isn't "late 5 series" - I meant "late E39" but can't fix the title now.

Thanks to those who replied. A very clean '04 325 coupe became available locally and we snapped it up. It's not an E39, but she liked the ride. Besides which it has the same titanium-on-black as my 530i, and similar front-end styling, making for a pretty good his-and-hers vibe.
