If I were you I would stick it out. If they go under and your shares go under then you should not feel so bad as no one would have thought a Bank that big would go under. As of now I see those shares at little or no value. If you sell you will most likely lose a lot and get close to nothing for them so just forget about them and hope for a miracle.

I looked into WAMUQ a while back ago and could not tell or see where that one was going. It is a hard call.

Silver is a bargain these days. I still think that even though Silver may drop short term that we see $40 and $50 again this year. SLV is a great buy on all dips.

Definitely agree. The continued prolongation of this case has caused nightmares to those who owned considerably before the seizure--their savings and all.

Back in 2008, when the PPS plummeted to around .04 cents (was even lower at one point I believe), I bought close to 10,000 shares of commons for dirt cheap--it was my first experience with the stock market. My rationale being: if all is lost, oh well, I just lost a couple hundred dollars. But if this thing turns out favorably...

I set my goal in selling everything once the stock reached $1.00; that never happened. Because of my general inexperience and impatience, I sold half of what I had a few months into 2009. Last Spring, due to heavy speculation, the PPS climbed to .70 cents or so. I could have made a nice profit, but again, my goal had not been achieved and I thought surely it would climb to a dollar if not more the next day; it didn't. That was really the last salient happening with the stock. At this point, it's either going to yield to a a pretty sum or not.

I made my initial post here to see if there are those who have considerably greater knowledge than I of the daily occurrences in court related to these recent hearings.

S&P has been hanging around at 1319.87, can't get any closer to that resistance level at 1320.

I reckon that big doom day where we see a huge crash come in comes in right around or after Chinese New Years next year. Mark this post This year we will go up a bit and drop a bit. Zig-Zag upwards for the big whack next year. Before Chinese New Years stock will see their highs and after it is where reality sets in. I will load up on SPY puts before Chinese New Years next year.

I think it'll tank much sooner - we're in a downward pattern right now - just spiking back up the to 50 day MA. With QE2 ending there's nothing to keep the bubble inflated.

So we tank, and the Fed comes out with QE3, then we rally again.

Short term yes we are on a downward trend but then we should resume our crack run

What is going to drive the rally? The last year's rally was due to QE2 - now that's ending, corporate profits are slowing, jobs are no better, and housing is still dropping.

Resistance on MPEL broken. I am going to guess $16 is the next target. This stock has been a beast.

Just get your cash ready for next year Them puts should pay really well on the way down. Best thing to do now is to keep an eye on the activities for the SPY puts.

I'd rather play with SINA and QIHU... at least these two have some fundatmentals to talk about, while RENN and YOKU don't.

It's just unbelivable that LNKD still trading at that high... making me think GOOG and AAPL should be trading at 1000 at the minimum.

AAPL been making another move up this last week. Low $320's was a great buy on the last dip. Those that picked up the $340 calls made bank when Apple dipped to the lo $320's.

I meant to say QIHU and SINA, not YOKU... I fixed my own post but still quoting in yours...

Short covering or no short covering the gains for the last week have been awesome including this morning's gains

My indicators are all saying "buy". Maybe a Ferrari will be next!
