I have found a local salvage yard that has a few BMWs that are wreaked and good for parts!
Well I think I'm going to go wheel shopping and was just wondering if any of the 5X120 bolt pattern wheels would have a problem fitting because of the offset? ![]() We'll say 1989 to 1995 models. Thanks for any help!

3 series all have the wrong offset. E39 wheels are correct offset but wrong hub size, an adapter is available, they are called "hub rings" and readily available. Lots of wheel fitment threads around but above is in a nutshell what you need to know.

So with E36 wheels does the offset cause the wheels to hit the inner fender wells before it connects with the hub?
