CPO question
Hope crossposting is OK. If not, would a mod please move my thread over here?
I posted this thread in the 3 series forum about CPO status on my recently purchased 330i. I would love to get a dealer's opinion on this. http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=555398 I'm pretty sure that it's one of two things: a) Dealer has to pay BMW something for the car to keep its CPO status when it is resold through a BMW dealership. b) Dealer did some shoddy touchup work on the fender, knowing it didn't meet CPO standards, but didn't think anyone would know that the car was CPO, so cut some corners. I will also call BMW today. Thanks.
