My e36 for an m5 advice

Hey so I drive a silver 1998 323is. This car has new brakes, tires, full tune up from all fluids to o2 sensor. All gaskets and a good amount of bushings and what not replaced. I could go on but I want it to be clear that parts are taken care of. It has a small rust line about 6 inches long but the rest of the body is mint with no tears. I have a CAI and its chipped.

I understand this is long and very detailed but I'm trying to get a very good estimate. I want a m5 that's stick and non wood interior under 150k miles. How much cash would it take for me to match with my car. I live in illinois but can drive within reason in the US
