2008 535xi Night Vision

I'm a new member and this is my first post as I'm headed to my local dealership (BMW of Manhattan) next week to pick up my new '08 535xi. I've been searching high and low for a Monaco blue model with both the HUD option and the Night Vision option. Apparently it's nearly impossible to find this particular car in that color with those options as it's somewhat of a unicorn of a car. The one I found has the Heads Up Display but no NV. I was wondering if there was a way to install the NV Option as an aftermarket accessory, and how tough it'd be if at all possible to install. Or am I SOL?
On another note I was thinking about upgrading the stock exhaust to the RDSport Quad Exhaust. I'm told by one person that I'd have to dyno the car before and after installation, and I'd also have to replace the intake manifold and reprogram the car to account for the new exhaust. Another friend told me that none of that's necessary as long as I replace from the cat back. Any opinions of the RDSport quad and whether or not it's even worth it are much appreciated.
