They jacked up the D's price considerably.

Upside is that HUD, side view cameras, etc are now only $1,700. If I built my car again, it would have been at least $3k more. I think I'm happy with the '11 because I got the ECOCredit and the new option packages make this car even more expensive for no reason

They basically made everything I order as standard, plus some. Upside is no more ****ty 4 speaker sound system :bang head:

It's always been a special order option, no?

I don't think it is in the US. Not on the X5.

Soft close doors will be available as a stand alone option for $650 effective with October production, which starts the first week in October.

I am new to this forum, I recently purchased x5 2008 with navigation . It has aux USB adapter and required wire to connect iPod .
We tried both iPod classic and iPhone 4s. But It does not show playlist , folders etc on the console as expected.
Only thing it shows that it is connected to aux in and I can change tone surround sound etc. it is very difficult to change song using iPhone and iPod by lifting armrest n operate using iPhone

Am I missing some setting?

Also navigation and other stuff works great. Is there firmware update to get text to speech ?
