330i ZHP Audio/Navigation Not Working

My navigation screen is frozen, non of the buttons are working. The volume oddly enough works, but I can't turn on and off the screen. Do I need to replace the whole unit or is there some kind of electrical problem? I have replaced the fuse for it with no luck and have taken the entire unit out and uplugged it to reset it but no luck. Any suggestions?
