Pirelli P-Zero tires

So my new 550i GT is coming with 19-inch Pirelli P-Zero tires which I believe are low-profile, but are they also run-flats? Did anyone else receive their cars with these tires? If they aren't run-flats does the car come with a spare?

NO GT comes with a spare or jack or tire wrench...so, yes, your tires are run-flats. There's absolutely no place, except sitting in the trunk with no easy way to anchor it, for a spare in these cars...there is NO spare tire well like there is in many vehicles.

The definition of low-profile is sort of open ended, but yes, they are by most standards...considering the 'stock' wheels are 18", and the overall height must stay the same, they are by definition lower profile than the stock tires.
