BMW 325xi Starter/Radio

Please help!!! I just had the starter replaced in my 2003 BMW 325XI Wednesday. All was good until last night, I went to start the car and all the dashlights came on but the car didn't even click. Turn the key back and it started right up! First thing this morning, same thing happened, second attempt and about 10 times since, it starts right up.

THEN.....I was getting out of my car, key in hand, and all of a sudden the radio turned on. Never did that before. Now I can turn the radio on and off without the key in the ignition.

Any ideas????
