Love my new F10 528i but annoying noises

Let me just start by saying that I absolutely LOVE this car. I've owned it for just over a month and everything is so perfect except for two types of noises:

1. "Braking to a stop" or "releasing brake to go", I hear a squeak/crunch from the brakes. I've heard this kind of noise in other cars before. I hate it. It makes the car sound old and cheap.

2. Squeaking noise from front wheels when I turn the steering almost completely left or right. This happens only at very slow parking speed, or at full stop. It's not coming from the steering column, though. It seems to come from the wheels or somewhere near there.

I'm just done with my break-in and will be bringing the car in for oil change. I will ask for the noises to be checked, but I don't want them to mess up by making it worse or breaking something else. Can anyone offer some advice or experience? Thanks in advance!

Ignore them and enjoy your car!

My 535i does not make those noises, have them checked. Air in the brake line?

I can't say I've heard either of those noises on my F10 528i.

I never experienced any of those noises you mention. I would have it looked at.
