1986 524 Turbo Diesel

I am looking for a mechanic in the Fresno-Modesto area that can install the cogged timing belt in a 1986 2.4 liter turbo diesel motor. Reading the manual, it looks like a tricky job getting the camshaft set correctly and getting the mechanical injection pump set correctly. I am currently tearing down the 2.4 TD motor that powers my 1986 Vixen 21 TD recreation vehicle. I had overheating problems climbing out of Needles CA this July and am afraid I may have damaged the head. Anyone know any qualified mechanics??
